Welcome to Eve B. Lee Place, a new, independent living development for adults 55 and older, offering 34 energy-efficient, affordable apartments. This newly constructed development features a mix of thoughtfully designed 1- and 2-bedroom units (550–827 sq. ft.) with full kitchens, dishwashers, and walk-in showers. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a fitness room, computer center, and library, along with practical features like laundry on every floor, on-site parking, elevator access, and personal storage lockers. Step outside to a garden and walking path or the second-floor terrace. Occupancy will begin in early 2026.

Income Limits
Income cannot exceed $50,400 for a household of 1, or $57,600 for a household of 2 (60% Area Median Income for household size). Other program rules apply.
