CPAH owns and manages over 149 affordable rentals, including condominium units, townhomes, and single-family homes throughout the northern suburbs.

Inclusionary units currently available:

CPAH helps the City of Highland Park, the City of Evanston, and the Village of Northbrook administer their Inclusionary Housing programs. These units are not a part of CPAH’s affordable housing inventory. Rent, fees etc. are determined by the development, not by CPAH.
